Color analysis

My opinions on some colors.

1st word- 1st word I think of when this color comes to mind.

Shade- best shade(s)

Red- Aggressive.

It's so in-your-face. Dramatic. I think people who like this color need to chill. Take a step back. Take some time. Relax. Reflect. Kidding. Kind-of.

It's my mom's favorite color. It was definitely far from ever being mine.

However I think red is something like a mosquito. It definitely attracts. It's probably the first thing to ever catch your eye. Even though I don't like the color, whenever I go to the store, I find myself instantly attracted to anything that's red: whether it's a bright lighter or darker shade. Just as far as it's bold. I can see the appeal. But the personality of the color, is not one that suits mine.

Shade: Dark red.

Orange- Cool.

Orange, even as a little kid, has always been one of my favorite colors. It's such an underrated color! Close enough to red, it's almost like it's always in the shadow. Even though, it doesn't contain any of the passive-aggressive scariness of red. Orange is so friendly. Damn I feel like after reading that description it's like I connect/relate to orange on a deep personal level. But yeah I like everything about it.

Shade: Bright orange.

Yellow- Happy.

I don't like yellow as much as I like orange. Similar to red, it overpowers orange. Red and yellow team up to do this. Because of them, everyone forgets about orange, or doesn't favor it as much. People will always choose red and yellow over orange.:( It's okay. It's just an underrated diamond.

Yellow is a very happy, fun, and cheerful color. It is associated a lot to me with summer, because of the sun. Like a nice butter yellow.

Or a brighter yellow, reminds me of a prom dress.

Shade: Butter yellow.

Green- Calm.

I really love green. Another favorite. Green has with it peace I crave, nature I love, all while being an incredibly beautiful color. It has so much. So rich. All the shades are so different, and have so much personality and character. Mint green- fresh. Seafoam green- beautiful. Dark green- mysterious, creepy, emotion-invoking. Reminds me of a creepy dark forest I so much just want to be in.

Shade: Dark green.

Blue- Ocean.

Overrated. Meh. I had trouble coming up with a "word" for blue because it's just so mid. Everyone is obsessed with blue. Sure the ocean is blue, the ocean is beautiful, but the ocean is also so grey. I'd much rather be in a pretty green forest or jungle. Blue feels like an icy, unforgiving, cold color to me. Some shades make me want to puke: like aqua.

Shade: Periwinkle blue.

Purple- Envy.

I had the most trouble coming up with a word. Hate came to mind, but I could not let that be it. I really dislike purple, way more than blue. I can still think blue is pretty, but I dislike almost all shades of purple. Lilac makes me want to puke. Dark purple is a little more acceptable, but besides being a little elegant maybe, it's just too emo.

Shade: Dark purple.

Pink - Pretty.

Another favorite. A bright color. It's light and easy on the eyes. I don't know what's not to love about it. I actually don't like hot pink, because it's getting close to red. So I don't like it for similar reasons as red, and it's aggressive as red, all the while taking the prettiness and peace of pink. So what's not to hate? But light shades of pink- love.

Shade: light pink.

If I offended your color, you should defend it in the comments.
