How to be mysterious

How to be mysterious starter park/tutorial/lesson/lecture:

  1. You don't have a need, or I wouldn't necessarily call it a desire either, to tell people things, to update them about your life, to be interesting, to say anything at all, and you're not afraid of silence between you and another person. You don't believe in awkwardness either. You're not afraid of the implications that this might mean. They might think:

    1. "Oh they're boring" > you don't care, because you don't think you're boring, and you don't feel the need to necessarily prove that to anyone.

    2. That being said, it's not that you don't talk to people, don't have friends, don't tell people things, or update them about your life...all of these things could very much be true, but it's about the specific desire that you feel; you don't feel as if you need to tell them/they need to know.

    3. A certain part of this absolutely 100% comes hand-in-hand straight with humility. Mysterious people are humble. It's precisely why they don't feel the need to tell people things/need people to know. They're satisfied on their own. What they think of themselves. And they don't need other people as in, caring what they think. They don't care about the image.

      1. You might have a perfect opportunity to brag, but you don't take it. You don't need to. You don't crave that attention or praise that another human being knowing could give you. You only care what you think. Are you good enough for you?

    4. Am I saying that mysterious people are a little like psychopaths? Maybe a little bit; not necessarily in a bad way. They just are a little separated from society. Whether one views it as a bad thing or not is up to that person.

      1. But again, just because they don't need, doesn't mean they don't share things. It's precisely the need where the difference between mysterious and non-mysterious lies.

      2. If you just say everything that's on your mind, you're probably not very mysterious.

      3. If you think a lot, and you also think before you say, and often don't say a lot that you think, your chances are better.

      4. That's why oftentimes quiet people are said to be mysterious, or at least, thought to be more mysterious.

      5. Well they almost inherently are more mysterious. They don't talk a lot. What's going on inside their head?

      6. Same thing with introverts. Or just in general, people who think. And filter. Or humble people. People who are strong...can you imagine the things they're holding inside just because they don't feel the need to say them?

  2. Mystery is associated with hiding, with not knowing. With unknowing, you could say in a different way.
