Lunch time

The (correct) times to eat meals.


Breakfast: 9-11. Also optional lowkey. A lot of people are not that hungry when they just wake up. Or it doesn't have to be crazy.


Lunch- 1-3. Eating lunch at 11 is crazy! Even 12- too early. Lunch should be a later part of the day, so that you can actually sustain yourself through the day.


Dinner- 6-8. Dinner at 4 is again crazy! And even 5- the evening is way too young to be eating dinner that early. You need energy for that after-dinner homework, or those after-dinner plans. With that dinnertime, you will die out of energy so quick, that say goodbye to feeling good if you stay up late and by the time those later hours roll around. Because that's basically lunch at that point. Maybe I am so opposed to this as a student who's day basically begins after dinner, with homework all over again. Thinking of dinner that early is a nightmare to me.
