"In any given moment, you can control what you do, you can't control what you know." Why it matters: Oftentimes, I think we blame ourselves for not doing things differently. Don't get me wrong, we can always control what we DO in any given moment, but, we can't control what we know (or don't). Therefore, we can't blame ourselves for things we didn't know - that might've caused us to do things differently. It just wouldn't be any fair; wouldn't make any sense. Waste of time, really. I suppose that's life though. Just going through it and doing our best for what we know at a time.
"The cure to doubt? Your own beliefs, and talking to a friend." If you're struggling with something, I recommend figuring out how you feel, but if that isn't enough, talking a friend and hearing their trusted opinion helps more than you likely think. Research might help too, but the internet does not have everything, and it's very factual. I feel like our struggles are oftentimes more emotional, anyway. Writing a journal can also help. Or writing in general. Trust me it works like magic. You have a problem, and if you can't even write about it, that's how you know it's not even a problem, but just stupid. Otherwise, it goes, literally:
Problem
Solution
