Sad stressed artist starter pack

Here's my

Sad stressed artist starter pack:

  1. Dim the lights

    1. Cozy atmosphere

    2. Adjust heat/temperature if necessary

      1. This includes blinds

      2. Windows

      3. Fans

      4. Heat

      5. Radiator

      6. AC

  2. Make some coffee

  3. Or some tea

  4. Or get some icy water for hydration at least

  5. Get a blanket

  6. Hoodie/zip up

  7. Comfortable clothes

  8. Get comfortable

  9. Take care of anything you need to so you can FOCUS

    1. Look into your planner, cross off stuff

    2. Any tasks you need to do tomorrow/for tomorrow

    3. (this includes studying and homework)

    4. Something else for tomorrow? Checking weather? Picking out outfit? Literally anything you need to do insert right here

  10. Get ready for bed (floss and brush your teeth, wash your face, go to the bathroom...)

    1. That way you can just climb into bed when you're done (well unless you drink something, then maybe you'll just floss/brush your teeth and wash your face afterwards)

  11. Shuffle my sad lil music playlist and carefully cater the songs to the mood.

  12. Feel like you're going crazy

Additonal steps (enhanced mode):

  1. If you can, turn off your phone (at least flip it)

    1. Even better if you can silence, do not disturb, or sleep mode

      1. Hard if you need to be able to see notifications from friends text messages or something like that (I get it cause that is my struggle as well)

      2. But if you REALLY want to get in the mood...^

  2. Delete social media (you don't need to, but it gets rid of unnecessary distraction, unless you're not distracted by it in the first place)

    1. Or if you just feel like it at this point in your life

Apparently now, for the time being, I am now in my ~physical phenomenon~ era. This must be the excited medicine/anatomy side of me coming...

Caffeine effects on me

Sometimes I drink straight up coffee late at night. And I don’t really believe it hinders my ability to sleep, or ever has? So I don’t...
