In no particular order, I'm going to list some of the best character traits (in my opinion, of course, still feel like I have to say that) and WHY:
Organization (productivity, time management, planning, setting goals): A person who is organized can also time manage. Through organizing, they can accomplish all their goals. They can do everything they set out to do, beat the clock and manage their day, accomplish an otherwise impossible amount of tasks, all while keeping clean, happy, and stress-free.
Self-motivation/self-discipline (ambitious): With enough motivation and discipline, you can do anything, can't you?
Honesty: Can we just all agree that lying sucks and leads to no good? I feel like this one doesn't require any further explanation.
Devout: Having faith is not just important in a religious aspect, because not everyone is religious. In general, having faith in life and little things gets us through the day too, whether we realize it or not.
Hard-working: Always trying your best (combined with enough self-motivation that makes all possible) is such a good duo!
Thorough/detail-oriented/thoughtful: Imo, not only is it important to be hard-working, but thorough at everything that you do. Being detail-oriented and thoughtful are also huge pluses. I always think about how someone who has OCD, if you take away the bad aspects, actually has underlying it a great skill: being detail oriented and thorough.
*creativity: The reason this has an asterisk is because I do NOT think it's the most important, compared to all these. And, is creativity even a skill? That's the thing, I think that everyone has creativity inside of them, whether they want to believe it/bring it out, or not.
