Playlists🎼

This stemmed from the desire to make a perfect summer playlist, especially for driving. I had a summer playlist that I made last summer. I had called it something like, "summer before uni playlist." But I looked at it and barely any of the songs felt right anymore. The playlist was composed in a more nostalgic way, but I just wanted the perfect summery playlist.
Fun fact🌟 summer is the ONLY time I listen to even remotely what I would call "happy" music. I don't know what it is? The sun is shining? I'm finally less cold? All other times, sad music ONLY.
Like actually I listen to such sad music I don't even know why or if I've ever talked about this on here but I'm planning to write about it in a future blog post, stay tuned:🍸
Playlists are extremely helpful. Because if you're the one at the wheel, you don't want to be looking at your phone and choosing songs. And especially if you're as serious about it as me, about music in general, including the songs, vibes, artists, genres, and even song order...well let's just say that would be very dangerous.😅
But if you have a good playlist full of all songs you would want, then you should hit shuffle and it's perfect. And easy to skip if anything. Or if you're again the one driving and there's somebody in the passenger seat. You wouldn't want to worry them by picking songs and analyzing all those things above^.
I mean, sure, maybe I'm the crazy one and it's not that deep (but it still feels like it to me), because even if it's a playlist and I hit shuffle, if there's someone else in the car with me, I still feel like I need to choose the particular songs I want from that playlist and make sure they actually play (in the time that we have of the drive). Yeah maybe it's just a me-problem. Oh well.
But maybe it's only if it's somebody I care about in the sense that I
1) don't see them that often (so I have got to make every song worth it and the impression)
2) I want to properly represent my music taste
3) they have good music taste too, and I want both of us to represent ours and share music
Well also,
4) life is short (and so is the drive), so got-to make sure it's worth it:) the right songs only
also probably 5) just a mood thing.
